If south africa wishes to have order, there must be a brief period of terror. They must reintroduce the death penalty and have it strike quickly. Death should come no later than a week after conviction, and emergency system should be devised to hand out several thousand death sentences. A few innocent people may die. It is sad, but they are a sacrifice. They will commemorated and celebrated as heroes by those who executed them. After order is restored, less harsh methods can be used, but for now, things have spiraled so far out of control that incredibly harsh measures must be use to maintain any real social structure. In south africa, the abolishment of the death penalty was a sign of ineffectuality, not humanity.
